We are a manufacturer. FUBEI has built door and gate motors in Dongguan, China since 2010 - motor winding, tooling, die-casting and final assembly all happen in our own 12,000 m2 facility, and every unit is 100% load-tested before shipment.

Yes. Logo printing, housing color, packaging, user manuals, remote frequency, control-board logic and firmware parameters can all be customized. We manufacture private-label products for brand owners and distributors in 60+ countries.

MOQ depends on the model and level of customization. Standard models accept small trial orders so you can test the market first; fully customized OEM projects typically start from one production batch. Send us your target quantity and we will confirm the exact minimum.

Yes, samples are available for testing. Standard models usually ship within 5-10 working days; OEM/ODM orders with customization take about 20-35 days depending on scope. An exact schedule is confirmed together with your quote.

Our motors are CE and TUV certified, with RoHS-compliant electronics. Certification documents are provided with shipments, and we can support additional market-specific requirements - just tell us your destination market.

Three parameters decide it: gate type (sliding, swing or roller shutter), gate weight and leaf length, and the expected daily duty cycle. Send us these details and our engineers will recommend a suitable model within 24 hours.

The standard warranty is 12-24 months depending on the model and agreement, with spare parts and technical support provided throughout. Warranty terms are confirmed in writing together with your order.

We ship worldwide by sea and air. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms are all available, and export documentation is handled in-house. We can deliver to your forwarder's warehouse or directly to your door, depending on your preference.
